15 minute ginger soy dumpling stir fry
Four ingredients and 15 minutes are all you need for this speedy weeknight recipe.

- 1 Tbsp Pams minced ginger
- 500g Pams frozen stir fry vegetables
- 350g Pams Prawn and Pork Dumplings
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
Method
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a wok or non-stick frying pan over medium to high heat and stir fry the minced ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the frozen vegetables and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the dumplings and pour over two tablespoons of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the dumplings and vegetables are cooked through.
- Remove the lid, pour over the soy sauce and toss well.
- Spoon into bowls and serve immediately.
Top tip:
- Add a pop of freshness and texture by topping with sliced spring onion and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
