Turkey and green bean stir fry
Looking for something a bit different than your usual chicken stir-fry? Why not whip up an easy midweek meal for the whānau with this turkey mince variation!

- 1 1/3 cups Pams Basamati Rice
- 500g Pams Turkey Mince
- 1 Tbsp Pams Crushed Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Pams Crushed Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Pams Crushed Chilli
- 1 bag Pams Green Beans, cut in half
Method
- Cook the rice as per packet instructions.
- Add the mince to a large frying pan on high heat and, using a wooden spoon, stir and break up the mince.
- Add the garlic, ginger and chilli, stirring constantly to brown the mince and prevent sticking on the pan.
- Add the beans and continue stirring. You can add a splash of water to help the beans absorb some of the flavour. Cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Serve the rice into bowls and top with the mince and a drizzle of Pams Soy Sauce..
Top Tips
Add a splash of Pams Soy Sauce to finish off the seasoning in this dish!
