- Desiccated coconut
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup raisins/ sultanas
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
- Add the sunflower seeds, dates, raisin/ sultanas, cocoa powder and coconut oil to the food processor and whizz it up.
- Once its done, take it out of the food processor and roll into little balls and then coat in the desiccated coconut.
