FAQs
- How do I know what size board or platter to use?
- This is totally up to you and how many people you are sharing with! If you don’t have a large enough board just prepare extra ingredients pre-cut and ready to be used as re-stock as foods run out.
- How long can the sharing platter sit out before it goes bad?
- When using different meats and cheeses that are typically stored in the refrigerator we recommend consuming within 2 hours of serving, especially if you are eating outside and it is a particularly warm day.
