Pork and cabbage dumpling cups
A quick and easy option when you’re craving dumplings. These cups are made in muffin trays making them simple but delicious.

Ingredients
Method
Ingredients
- 300g pork mince
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- ¼ cup white cabbage
- ¼ carrot
- 50g mushrooms
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pack dumpling pastry
Optional:
- Spring onions
- Soy sauce
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake.
- In a food processor, combine the pork, garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, salt and pepper and blitz until well combined.
- Grease your muffin tray with olive oil. Roll out the dumpling pastry with a rolling pin as thin as you can. Brush both sides with olive oil. Fill each hole with one dumpling pastry sheet. Roll the pork mixture into golf ball sized balls and place on top of the dumpling dough.
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the wrappers are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve with a side of dipping sauce and enjoy!
Top tip:
- Pair the dumplings with your favourite dipping sauce or soy sauce and top with spring onion for added flavour.
Swaps:
- This would work with other protein options like chicken or prawns instead of pork. You can swap the dumpling pastry for filo pastry, just layer 4 sheets in each cup and brush with oil.
