15 Minute pork fried rice
One-pan 15 minute pork fried rice is a hassle-free meal with minimal cleanup. It’s great any day of the week, whether you need an effortlessly easy mid-week solution or a no-stress weekend dinner.

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 300g pork mince
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
Method
- Bring a wok or large frying pan to high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook the garlic, onion and pork mince for 5 minutes or until browned.
- Add the rice and mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
- Push the rice to the side of the wok and pour the egg into the empty side. Stir to scramble then combine with the rice.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix until well combined. Cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Tips:
- Top your fried rice with sliced spring onions and a drizzle of chilli oil for a flavourful addition.
