Silverbeet white pizza
Your next pizza party night just got a little more interesting with our scrumptious silverbeet white pizza. Covered in a rich cream cheese sauce and topped with fresh silverbeet, this pizza is like no other. Pair with seasoned crispy wedges and a lemon-dressed rocket salad for an easy chill night in with the family.

- 250g cream cheese
- ½ lemon
- ⅓ cup freshly grated parmesan
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 pizza bases
- 3 large silverbeet leaves
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C fan bake.
- In a medium bowl combine the cream cheese, zest and juice of the lemon, a quarter cup of parmesan, garlic and pepper.
- Place the pizza bases on a baking tray. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the pizza bases.
- Finely slice the stems of the silverbeet and roughly chop the silverbeet leaves, then spread on top of the pizza. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle over the remaining parmesan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pizzas are golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the pizza into portions and serve while hot!
Chef's tip
Scatter fresh basil leaves and finely sliced red onion over the top of the pizza for a delicious finishing touch.
