
Gluten free orange cake

"Absolutely wonderful Gluten free Orange Cake. It's super easy to make and easy to eat! Serve warm for Dessert or cold with Tea or Coffee."

Ingredients
1 Orange
1 Cup Sugar
3 Eggs
140g Oil
1 1/2 Cups rice flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Method
Roughly Chop the Orange (rind and all) and process in a Blender until fine.
Add the Eggs, Oil, and Sugar and process.
Transfer to a bowl and add the Flour and Baking Powder. Do not over mix.
Pour into a greased cake tin and bake for 40mins at 180C.
