Spicy shrimp curry
Easy to cook and so tasty this one will become a regular feature on your menu.

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 tsp crushed ginger
- 1 tsp crushed chillies (add according to taste)
- 2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 300g Frozen Cooked Shrimps
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions, cumin and fenugreek seeds and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the ginger, chillies and garlic and then the turmeric and garam masala powder.
- Add the shrimps and salt to taste. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat then add 2 cups of water.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with rice.
