Smoked salmon dip
A fabulously easy dip, perfect served with rice crackers or finger or raw carrot and cucumber.

- 250g pack cream cheese
- 100g smoked salmon shavings
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sweet chilli sauce to taste
- Pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and chill.
- Serve with seaweed rice crackers.
