Hoki pasta
A tasty and speedy fish pasta dish from Sealord.

- 2 fillets Sealord Hoki
- 3 tblspns butter
- 1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 zucchini, sliced thin
- 1 mild fresh chilli, finely chopped
- 180g wide pasta, cooked
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan and toss in the breadcrumbs until golden and toasted.
- Set aside.
- Heat another tablespoon of butter in the pan.
- Fry Sealord hoki for 3 minutes eash side or until cooked through.
- Set aside.
- Heat the remaining butter, cook the zucchini and chilli for about 2 minutes until tender.
- Toss the hot pasta with the breadcrumbs, zucchini and chilli.
- Adda squeeze of lemon and serve.
