Valentine's strawberry chocolate bark
Love is in the air and nothing says love quite like a handmade gift! Show off your creativity with this special Valentine's Strawberry Chocolate Bark that’s not only beautiful, but tasty too! Super easy to make and all you need is a few ingredients. Get creative and make it your own by including your own toppings such as dried fruits, coconut shavings, crushed nuts or even cake sprinkles!

- 1 block of Pams Finest White Chocolate
- 1 block of Pams Finest Dark Chocolate
- ¼ cup of freeze-dried strawberries
- ¼ cup of Pams Pistachios
- 1-3 drops of food colouring of choice
Method
- Cover a baking tray with Pams Baking Paper
- Melt Pams Finest Dark Chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, for about 30 seconds at a time and stirring each time until fully melted and smooth
- Break the Pams Finest White Chocolate in half and split between two bowls and follow the same process to melt chocolate.
- In one of the bowls with white chocolate put a few drops of preferred food colouring and stir until colour is mixed through
- Spread the dark chocolate to an even layer over the baking paper, about 3-5mm thick
- Quickly drizzle the white chocolate and coloured chocolate over the dark chocolate, then use a toothpick to swirl it through
- Scatter over dried strawberries and Pams Pistachios before the chocolate hardens
- Place in fridge for 10 minutes to lightly set
- Remove from fridge and using a warm knife make light indents cutting the block into strips
- Put the tray back in the fridge and allow chocolate to harden completely for a further 10 minutes
- Once ready, remove from the fridge and cut completely through. Use baking paper to wrap the chocolate strips and decorate with wrapping paper and ribbons
