An insanely satisfying s’mores dip with a layer of creamy milk chocolate topped with toasted giant marshmallows. Dip in your favourite cookies and it’ll be gone in no time.

  • 500g milk chocolate, roughly chopped  
  • 1 cup cream  
  • 300g Pams giant marshmallows 
  • Your favourite cookies (we used superwine)  

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C fan grill. 
  2. Bring an ovenproof pan to medium heat and melt the chocolate and cream until smooth. Remove from the heat.  
  3. Arrange marshmallows over the chocolate and place in the oven for 5 minutes or until the marshmallows have toasted. 
  4. Serve warm with your favourite cookies. 
  5. Enjoy!
