Ingredients
Method
Ingredients
- 225g butter, cubed
- 200g dark chocolate
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup cocoa
Method
- Grease your slow cooker with butter and line with baking paper.
- Melt the butter, chocolate and sugar over low heat and leave to cool.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time before adding the vanilla essence, flour and cocoa.
- Stir to combine and transfer the batter to the lined slow cooker. Cook on low for 3 hours, or until the edges are cooked through and the centre is slightly soft.
- Turn the slow cooker off and leave the brownie to cool for half an hour before removing. Lift the brownie out using the baking paper. Serve warm, scooped into a bowl or leave it to cool completely and cut into slices.
Top tip:
Dust with icing sugar and serve with berries to make it a little bit fancy.
