Party pavlova topping
A pretty party pavlova, perfectly dressed for the festivities! Smothered with whipped cream, a drizzling of dark chocolate ganache and a generous helping of caramel popcorn for a twist on the traditional. This ready made pavlova is garnished with toasted pistachios for a delightful dessert made for sharing. Let the Christmas carols begin!

- 60g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 200ml cream
- 1 ready made pavlova (we used a small pavlova)
- Caramel popcorn
- Roughly chopped pistachios or sliced almonds, toasted
Method
- Make the dark chocolate ganache by placing the dark chocolate and a quarter cup of cream in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 1 minute increments until completely melted, stirring well in between.
- In a large bowl whip the remaining cream to soft peaks.
- Place the pavlova on a serving plate and3 top with the whipped cream.
- Drizzle the dark chocolate ganache over the pavlova.
- Garnish with caramel popcorn and pistachios, then serve and enjoy.
