Magical meringues

Make your holiday season easier and tons more fun with these magical meringues. Topped with luscious vanilla whipped cream, colourful rainbow sprinkles and white chocolate chunks, these ready made meringues are perfect for a festive gathering.
Ingredients
150ml cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
12 ready made meringues (we used small and large meringue nests)
Roughly chopped white chocolate
Sprinkles (we used rainbow sprinkles)
Method
In a large bowl, whisk the cream and vanilla to soft peaks.
Place meringues on a serving plate or platter and top with whipped cream.
Garnish with white chocolate and sprinkles.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
For a dairy free alternative, replace the white chocolate and cream with dairy free chocolate and coconut whipped cream. Refer to the individual vegan pavlova recipe on our website on how to make it.
