Kids popsicles
With summer comes perfect popsicle weather, and these are not only kid friendly, but healthy as well! Get the little ones involved in making these fruity treats, perfect to have on hand for any occasion.

Berries & Cream
- 1 cup vanilla yoghurt
- ½ cup berry yoghurt
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen berries
Kiwi Coconut
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- ¼ cup black or white chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 green kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced

In a popsicle mould, spoon ½ the vanilla yoghurt amongst the 4 moulds. Scatter in ½ of the berries, then top with the berry yoghurt. Scatter over the remaining berries, then top with the leftover vanilla yoghurt.

Freeze overnight, then enjoy.
Kiwi Coconut

In a bowl, mix together the coconut milk, chia seeds and maple/honey. Cover and leave to sit for 30 minutes.

Press the kiwifruit slices onto the sides of popsicle moulds, and use the back of a spoon to make sure they are tight against the mould.

Spoon the chia mixture into the moulds, then place in the freezer overnight and enjoy.
