Festive pavlova topping
Let the holidays begin with this festive Christmas pavlova! Embellished with red, white and green decorations for a tradition that can’t be missed. Pickup a ready made pavlova from your local supermarket and celebrate with all the friends and whānau.

- 200ml cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ready made pavlova (we used a large pavlova)
- Fresh berries (we used strawberries and raspberries)
- Fresh mint or rosemary
Method
- In a large bowl, whisk the cream and vanilla extract, until it reaches soft peaks.
- Assemble the pavlova by spreading the whipped cream over the top of the pav.
- Garnish with fresh berries and mint, then serve and enjoy!
Tips:
- Decorate with white chocolate treats (we used white chocolate spheres and almond and coconut chocolates) and a dusting of icing sugar snow at the end for an indulgent festive dessert.
