- 3-4 feijoas
- chopped walnuts
- 225g plain yoghurt
- 4 Tbsp skimmed milk powder
- 1-2 Tbsp clear honey
Method
- Peel the feijoas.
- Press through a sieve.
- Place all ingredients, except walnuts, in blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses.
- Chill until set.
- Serve with chopped walnuts sprinkled on top.
Tips:
- Looking for a dairy free option? Use your favourite dairy free yoghurt instead of greek yoghurt, and swap out the milk powder for almond, oat, or soy milk!
