- 1 pack (500g) Pams Rum Flavoured Christmas Truffles
- Gingerbread cookies or ginger kisses
- Mini meringues
- Marshmallows
- Mixed seasonal fruits (berries and kiwifruit etc)
- Fudge of your choice
Method
- Arrange the rum flavoured Christmas truffles, gingerbread cookies, mini meringues and marshmallows onto a board or platter.
- Use cookie cutters to cut the fruit into festive Christmas shapes.
- Fill the gaps on the board with the fruit and fudge, then serve and enjoy.
Top tip: Pile in handfuls of toasted mixed nuts and salted pretzels for a salty and savoury addition to this dessert platter.
