Biscoff and chocolate chip tray cake
One of the easiest cakes you’ll ever make, this Biscoff and chocolate chip tray cake is made with only 3 ingredients. Premade pancake mix, Biscoff spread and dark chocolate is all you need to make this dream-worthy treat a reality.

- 1 bottle (325g) pancake mix
- ½ cup Lotus Biscoff spread
- ½ cup dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C fan bake and grease a small baking dish.
- Prepare the pancake mix as per pack instructions and pour into the prepared baking dish.
- Dollop teaspoons of Lotus Biscoff across the top of the pancake mix.
- Sprinkle over the dark chocolate.
- Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Tips:
- Serve your deliciously moreish cake with whipped cream, fresh seasonal fruit and crushed Biscoff cookies for the ultimate treat.
