Chocolate upside down pudding

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 3/4 cup raw brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup raw brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 3 /4 cups boiling water
Method
- Sift the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa into a bowl.
- Melt the butter, take off the heat, add the milk to the butter, stir then pour into the flour and other ingredients in the bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Pour into a deep round baking dish. Sprinkle the second measure of cocoa and sugar over the top of the mix in the dish, then gently pour the boiling water over the top.
- Bake in a 180 oven for about 30-40 minutes or until the centre cake mix comes away clean on a skewer.
