Chocolate cornflake nests
Cute little chocolate cornflake nests make for a delightfully crunchy Christmas treat. They’re so easy to make with only three ingredients! Eat them on their own or use your imagination to fill the nests with a treasure trove of treats, see our top tips below for our favourite ideas.

- 3 ½ cups cornflakes
- 250g milk or dark chocolate
- Icing sugar
Method
- Line a 12-hole muffin tray with cupcake liners.
- Place the cornflakes in a large bowl and pour over the chocolate. Stir until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into the prepared liners, then use the back of a spoon to make an indent in the centre of each.
- Place in the fridge for 10 minutes or until set.
- Once set, dust with icing sugar and serve.
Top tip: Fill your nests with tasty treasures of your choosing. Small fruits like raspberries or blueberries, mini marshmallows, chocolate pebbles, chocolate covered almonds or jelly beans are all yummy options. You could also pipe white chocolate Christmas doves to place in your nests.
These cornflakes nests can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
