Lemon pepper chicken nibbles
Throw these lemon pepper chicken nibbles on the BBQ for a sensational summer spend outdoors. Coated in a zesty lemon, pepper, garlic and onion mixture, they’re an absolute delight to nibble on.

- Zest of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1kg chicken nibbles
Method
- Preheat your BBQ or grill pan to medium heat and brush with olive oil.
- In a large bowl combine lemon zest, garlic, onion powder, black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and mix until well combined.
- Pat the chicken nibbles dry with a paper towel, then toss through the lemon pepper mixture to coat.
- Place the chicken nibbles on the grill, cover and cook for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally.
- Serve while hot.
Top tip: Serve with an avocado and cucumber salad for some greens and don’t forget the dipping sauce (we went with a honey mustard mayo)
Cut the zested lemon into wedges and squeeze over your nibbles before eating for an extra lemony bite.
