Overnight weetbix
You’ve probably heard of overnight oats, but have you heard of overnight weetbix? The trend taking over Tik Tok is definitely worth a try. It’s tasty, versatile and preparing it the night before saves you precious time in the morning.

- 2 weetbix
- ¼ cup milk + more as needed
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup yoghurt
Additional toppings options:
- Sliced strawberries and strawberry jam
- Chocolate chips, sliced almonds and chocolate sauce
- Sliced banana and cinnamon
Method
- Crush the weetbix into a bowl or container. Add the milk and honey or maple syrup and mix well to combine. Flatten the mixture down to make an even layer.
- Add the first of your topping ingredients (strawberries, chocolate chips, sliced almonds or banana) and cover with a layer of yoghurt.
- Finish with the remaining topping (strawberry jam, chocolate sauce or cinnamon), cover and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy straight out of the fridge the next morning.
Top tip: Get creative with your toppings and use what you have on hand. Fruit, nuts, crushed biscuits, melted chocolate, the options are endless.
