Apple crumble overnight oats
Winter dessert meets breakfast in this apple crumble overnight oats. From the creamy sweet cinnamon oats to the crisp apple and muesli topping, it’s a marvellous start to any day. Prepared and packed all in a container for less fuss, minimal dishes and easier eating.

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ⅔ cup milk of your choice
- 1 ½ tsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ apple, sliced
- Your favourite muesli (we used a toasted muesli)
Method
- In a small food container, combine oats, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon.
- Mix well to combine and cover with a lid - optional use a vacuum pump to remove the air from your container to help keep your food fresher for longer.
- Place in the refrigerator to soak overnight.
- To serve, top oats with sliced apple and your favourite muesli.
- Enjoy.

- For extra goodness top your oats with Greek style yoghurt and extra fresh seasonal fruits from winter kiwifruit to orange or pear.
