Smoothies are a great on-the-go snack or breakfast for any day of the week! Whether the winter chill has hit and your immunity needs a boost, your body is craving some greens or you need a little energy boost, these smoothies will leave you feeling full and ready to tackle the day.

Immune-boosting

  • 2 golden kiwifruit, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt 
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup Pams rolled oats

Super green

  • Large handful baby spinach 
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 green kiwifruit 
  • 2 dates, stones removed
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 cup water 

Energy booster 

  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup ice 
  • ¼ cup freshly brewed coffee 
  • 1 Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • ½ cup milk of your choice 
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 3 cauliflower florets

Method

 

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, then serve immediately and enjoy.
