- 1 bottle dry Rosé.
- 300g strawberries, hulled and halved.
- 50g caster sugar.
- Juice of 1 lemon.
Method
- Pour the Rosé into a deep dish and freeze overnight.
- The next day soak the strawberries in the sugar to release their juices.
- Blend the Rosé, strawberries and lemon and serve!
Tip: you can make this frosé non-alcoholic with a bottle of zero alcohol Rosé, like Edenvale Alcohol Removed Rosé.
