Alcohol free bellini
The bellini is a refreshing cocktail that can be made from any bubbles from champagne through to alcohol free sparkling wine for a zero option.

- 1 bottle alcohol free sparkling wine
- 1 can tinned peaches
- ½ Tbsp sugar
- Lemon juice
- 3 cubes of ice
Method
- Blend tinned peaches with ½ tablespoon sugar, lemon juice to taste and 3 cubes of ice until smooth.
- Pour the puree into a flute and slowly top up with alcohol free sparkling wine.
