Chocolate pudding in a pan

Ingredients

Method

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pams Self Raising Flour
  • ¾ cup Pams Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Pams Caster Sugar
  • 60g butter, melted
  • 1 cup Value milk

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C fan bake. Grease a non-stick fry pan.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together flour, half a cup of cocoa, half the sugar and a pinch of salt.
  3. Make a well in the centre and pour in the butter and milk. Mix until just combined then transfer into the prepared pan, smoothing over with a spatula or spoon to make an even layer.
  4. Stir together the remaining cocoa and sugar and sprinkle over the pudding mixture. Gently pour in one and a quarter cups of boiling water at the side of the pudding so it gradually covers the top.
  5. Place in the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until the top has set. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Top tip: A teaspoon of vanilla extract added after the milk will boost the flavours of your drool worthy chocolate pudding.
