This splendidly fruited Pinot Gris was fermented in a tank and old barrels to retain freshness and enhance texture. Lovely fragrant notes of white blossom, apricot, ripe melon, pear and subtle spice; followed by a fruit-forward palate with great concentration.

Pairing Recommendation:

Fantastic paired with chicken satay and Pad Thai.
