Acceptance of Conditions
1. Information on how to enter this promotion forms part of the conditions of this promotion and by participating in this promotion you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoters are Foodstuffs (N.Z.) Limited and Air New Zealand Limited (Promoters).
Promotion Period
3. This promotion commences on at 7:00am Wednesday 27 October 2021 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 14 November 2021 (Promotion Period).How to receive the Credit
4. To be eligible to receive the Airpoints Dollars™ Credit you must:a. be an existing Air New Zealand Airpoints member;
b. have received a valid email inviting you to participate in this promotion from Air New Zealand;
c. Apply for a New World Clubcard before 14 November 2021;
Credit
5. If you participate in the promotion in accordance with these terms and conditions, the amount of the Airpoints Dollars™ Credit specified in the email inviting you to participating this promotion will be credited to your Airpoints account by 27 December 2021 (Credit).6. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Credit in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute of equal or greater value.
Conditions
7. The Credit is not transferable, exchangeable or negotiable and is not redeemable for cash.
8. You can only be awarded one Credit. If you make multiple purchases via the New World online shopping website during the Promotion Period, you will only receive one Credit.
9. The Promoters reserve the right to the right to verify the identity of any entrant (including an entrant's identity, age, city/town of residence and place of employment if applicable) and to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Liability and disputes

Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoters, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion or with redeeming or benefiting from the Credit.)14. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of the Promoters will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoters will be entered into.
