- 1 cup Meadow Fresh Calci-Trim Milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (or mango, yellow kiwi fruit, whatever you like)
- 1 big tbsp Manuka honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender, put the lid on and whizz!
- Chill and drink when ready or drink straight away.
Tastes yum at any time of day and is a great way to get a boost of energy.
