Puttanesca
Inspired by traditional Italian Puttanesca, this pasta is simple yet delicious. Black olives and capers cooked in a rich tomato sauce, capture the essence of Italy at home in under 25 minutes.

- 400g dried spaghetti
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- ¾ cup pitted black olives, roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp capers, roughly chopped
- 1 jar (510g) Pams Classic Tomato Pasta Sauce
- Handful of fresh parsley leaves, roughly chopped
Method
- Cook the spaghetti as per the pack instructions.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pan to medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
- Increase to medium-high heat and stir in the chilli flakes, olives and capers. Stir through the pasta sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add to the pan with the sauce. Toss with tongs to coat well.
- Place into serving bowls and finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
