Roast vegetables 95% (Agria Potato, Carrot, Parsnip, Kumara, Red Onion 7%), Vegetable Oil, Garlic 0.6% (Citric Acid), Thyme 0.2%, Salt.

Produced in a facility where Tree Nuts (Hazelnut, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Almond), Milk, Wheat, Gluten, Egg, Soy and Sesame are also handled.

Method

From Chilled or Fully Thawed (for best results)

STOVETOP Add a splash of oil to a frying pan. Empty contents of foil tray into pan. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly, until vegetables are piping hot.

MICROWAVE For best results do not microwave.

AIR FRYER Remove sleeve and film. Put vegetables in their foil tray in air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes or until vegetables are starting to colour and piping hot.

From Frozen

OVEN Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Remove sleeve and film. Put vegetables in their foil tray on an oven tray. Cook from frozen for 45 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through and piping hot.
