Puhoi valley caramel and white chocolate smoothie
Using Puhoi Valley Caramel & White Chocolate Milk as your smoothie base, this recipe is super quick and easy to make, and just a little bit decadent!

- 3 x 300ml bottles Puhoi Valley Caramel & White Chocolate Milk, well chilled
- 8 raw cashew nuts, roughly chopped
- 6 raw almonds, roughly chopped
- 3 ready to eat dates, pitted and roughly chopped (or use fresh Medjool dates)
- 2 ready to eat figs, roughly chopped
- 2-3 drops vanilla extract
- ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients except the ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Fill 3 tall glasses with ice and pour the smoothie into the iced glasses.
- Optional – top each smoothie with a little grated or shaved dark chocolate.
Tips:
- Add some whipped cream to the top for extra sweetness!
