- 1/2 -1 frozen banana
- 1 frozen cucumber
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 packet collagen
Method
- Combine banana, cucumber, avocado, LSA, milk and collagen in a blender until smooth.
- Top with berries, banana, coconut flakes and seeds.
