  • 1/2 -1 frozen banana
  • 1 frozen cucumber
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 packet collagen

Method

  1. Combine banana, cucumber, avocado, LSA, milk and collagen in a blender until smooth.
  2. Top with berries, banana, coconut flakes and seeds.
  3. Enjoy!
