Cheat’s Turkish-inspired pizzas
Give pizza night a Turkish-inspired twist with these scrumptious homemade flatbread pizzas. With oodles of flavour and minimal effort, quick and easy meal will be loved by the whole family.

- 350g beef mince
- ¼ cup tomato purée
- 1tsp each ground cumin
- 1tsp ground coriander
- 4 garlic naan or flatbreads
- 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
Method
- Preheat your oven to 220°c fan grill. Place a frying pan over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook while stirring until the beef is golden, using a spoon or spatula to break up the mince while cooking.
- Sprinkle the ground cumin and coriander into the pan, then stir through the tomato purée. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then cook while stirring for a further minute.
- Lay the naan or flatbreads on lined baking trays, then spoon and spread the mince mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the sliced capsicum over the naans, then grill for 3-5 minutes or until golden. Finish by sprinkling the red onion over the top, then serve and enjoy.
