Moccona coffee brownie
A mocha flavoured brownie that’s super easy to make.

- 200g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 5 tbsp Moccona Classic Instant Coffee
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 100g chopped dark chocolate
Coffee Cream:
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp Moccona Classic Instant
- 1 cup chilled whipping cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees
- Grease and line 27x18cm tin
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla and Moccona Classic Instant Coffee
- Add sifted flour and cocoa
- Fold in chopped chocolate
- Bake for 30-45 mins at 150 degrees
- Serve with coffee cream
