Promotional Period

1. New World Hastings is the promoter of the New World Hastings Facebook promotion (the Promotion). 
2. The Promotion is an online competition draw available for entry by New World Hastings Customers in Hawkes Bay that comply with the entry conditions in these terms and conditions.  
3. The Promotion runs from Date Specified on Promotion (Promotion Period). 
4. By entering the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

How to enter

5. To qualify to enter this prize draw, customers must comment as per promotion instructions.  You will receive one entry into the draw per comment.
6. Incomplete or invalid registrations, or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions or the online instructions for registration, will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or rejected entries.

Prize 

7. Winners will be drawn as per date and time specified in post.  New World Hastings will carry out the draw and communicate the results to winners Facebook or messenger. 
8. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. 
9. Prizes must be picked up from New World Hastings by the winner or an approved person who will provide ID on request.

Other terms

10. The Promoter’s decisions and the draw results are final and not subject to appeal.
11. Winners are only eligible to win once during the Promotion Period.  
12. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time.
13. The Promoter may amend these terms and conditions at any time and wherever possible such amended terms and conditions will be displayed on the New World Hastings Facebook page.
14. To the extent permitted by law, participants waive all claims they may have otherwise had against New World Hastings in relation to this Promotion.

Exclusion of liability

15. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter, their respective employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or with the use of any prize.

16. The Promoter in their sole discretion may refuse to provide a prize if it believes that a customer has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

Disputes

17. In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the promotion the decision of the Promoter will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the Promoter will be entered into.

18. All entries remain the property of New World Hastings. Your personal information may be used to conduct this Promotion and for future promotional and publicity purposes in relation to this Promotion.  By entering this Promotion you consent to the collection of and use of your personal information for these purposes. Foodstuffs’ New World Privacy Policy (available here) will apply to all personal information that we collect from you.
