Easy spicy noodles
Simply delicious spicy noodles that pack a punch. They’ll be on the table in 10 minutes or less. Serve with a fried egg on top for a sensational meal.

- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
- 400g udon noodles
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp caster sugar
Method
- Bring a generous drizzle of oil to medium-high heat in a large frying pan.
- Sauté the garlic, chilli and spring onion for a minute or until fragrant, then add capsicum and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until soft.
- Add the noodles and cook for a few minutes, then stir through the soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
- Cook for a further few minutes or until heated through.
- Serve and enjoy!
