Method

From Chilled or Fully Thawed (for best results)

OVEN Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Remove sleeve and film. Put carrots in their foil tray on an oven tray. Cook for 20 minutes or until carrots are al dente and piping hot. Stir before serving to coat with honey glaze.

STOVETOP Empty contents of foil tray into a frying pan. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly, until carrots are al dente and piping hot.

MICROWAVE Remove sleeve and film. Put carrots in their foil tray in centre of microwave. Cook on high for 1 minute. Gently stir carrots. Cook for a further minute or until carrots are al dente and piping hot. Stir before serving to coat with honey glaze.

AIR FRYER Remove sleeve and film. Put carrots in their foil tray in Air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 12 minutes or until carrots are al dente and piping hot. Stir before serving to coat with honey glaze.

From Frozen

OVEN Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Remove sleeve and film. Place carrots in their foil tray on an oven tray. Cook from frozen for 40 minutes or until carrots are cooked through and piping hot. Stir before serving to coat with honey glaze.
