Method

From Chilled or Fully Thawed (For Best Results)

OVEN Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Remove sleeve and film. Put curry in its foil tray on an oven tray. Cook for 15 minutes or until curry is piping hot.

MICROWAVE Remove sleeve and film. Put curry in its foil tray in centre of microwave. Cook on high for 3 ½ minutes or until curry is piping hot.

AIR FRYER For best results do not air fry.

From Frozen

OVEN Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Remove sleeve and film. Put curry in its foil tray on an oven tray. Cook from frozen for 40 minutes or until curry is heated through and piping hot. Stir before serving.
