Meatballs 50% (Beef, Pork, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast), Salt, Oregano), Tomato Sauce 46% (Tomatoes, Cornflour, Olive Oil, Thyme, Garlic, Sugar, Salt), Cheese (MIik, Preservative (200)).

Contains Wheat, Gluten, Milk.
Produced in a facility where Tree Nuts (Hazelnut, Pine Nut, Pistachio, Almond), Egg, Soy and Sesame are also handled.

Method

From Chilled or Fully Thawed (For Best Results)

OVEN: Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Remove sleeve and film. Put meatballs in their foil tray on an oven tray. Cook for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is above 75°C.

STOVETOP: Empty contents of foil tray into a frying pan. Add 1/3 cup of water to the pan. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring regularly, until internal temperature is above 75°C.

MICROWAVE: For best results do not microwave.

AIR FRYER: Remove sleeve and film. Put meatballs in their foil tray in air fryer. Cook at 180°C for 15 minutes or until internal temperature is above 75°C.

From Frozen

OVEN: Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Remove sleeve and film. Put meatballs in their foil tray on an oven tray. Cook from frozen for 45 minutes on high or until internal temperature is above 75°C.
