Honey and cinnamon grilled pineapple

- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into wedges
- ¼ cup honey, warmed
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup coconut chips, toasted
- Ice cream or whipped cream
Method
- Preheat your BBQ or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Place the pineapple in a large bowl.
- Stir together honey and cinnamon until well combined, then pour over the pineapple. Toss gently to coat.
- Lightly brush your BBQ with oil, then grill the pineapple for a few minutes on each side or until caramelised.
- Garnish with coconut chips and serve with ice cream. Enjoy.
