Seasonal Fruit and Easter treats
Slice up the fruit and place on a plate.
Hot Cross Bun French Toast
Whisk milk, egg and cinnamon in a bowl.
Heat some butter in a large frying pan. Slice the hot cross buns in half and dip each half in the French toast mix, and fry each side until golden.
Cook the bacon as you like it, and place all on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup.
Whipped Ricotta
Ricotta, dill, lemon juice and lemon zest into a bowl and whip until mixed through.
Decorate with finely sliced red onion and capers.
Spiced Hash browns
Place hash browns on a baking tray and sprinkle with Pams Taco Mexican Spice Mix, cook per packet instructions.
Add Some Extras
Decorate your platter with bowls of mini Easter eggs, and larger foil wrapped eggs.
Add what ever else you like – toasted bagels or croissants, sliced tomatoes, some nuts, cheese and crackers, dips or fresh baby spinach.
