Ingredients
Method
Ingredients
- 40g butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 600g beef mince
- 8 slices cheese
- ½ cup ranch
- ¼ tsp red chilli flakes
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- Sliced pickles
Method
- Stir together butter and garlic. Brush over burger buns and toast in a heated pan until golden.
- In a large bowl, combine beef mince, salt and pepper. Mix to combine and roll into 8 balls.
- Bring a large frying pan to medium-high heat. Working in batches, add the balls, place a piece of baking paper on top and use a potato masher or heavy based pot to smash into thin patties. Cook for 3 minutes, then flip.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until cooked through and the cheese has melted.
- In a medium bowl combine the ranch with the chilli flakes and spread over the base of the burger buns. Top with cabbage, two cheesy beef patties and pickles. Spread spicy ranch over the burger bun lid, then place on top of the burger. Enjoy.
