15 minute quick chilli
A one-pot wonder that’s fit for feeding the whole whānau. Our quick chilli is no-fuss and simply worth the mere 15 minutes it takes to make. Serve your chilli over steamed rice for a wholesome meal.

- 500g beef mince
 - 1 can (425g) mild chilli beans
 - 1 can (410g) corn kernels, drained
 - 2 cans (800g) diced tomatoes with chilli and herb
 - 1 packet (50g) burrito Mexican spice mix
 
Method
- Bring a drizzle of oil to medium-high heat in a large pot.
 - Add the mince and cook for 5 minutes or until browned.
 - Stir in the chilli beans, corn kernels, diced tomatoes and Mexican spice mix. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until heated through.
 - Divide the chilli into bowls, serve and enjoy!
